An immersive store space for the customer and the embodiment of the Eyescan brand, displaying eyewear from brands such as Lool, Moscot, Maui Jim, Garrett Leight, Celine, Tom Ford, Thierry Lasry, Orgreen & Persol. The design language takes inspiration from the glasses themselves – such as the armature movement, materiality and frame. Creating implied spaces within the interior.

Existing brick work is revealed, blackened raw steel and walnut cabinetry morph to form functional vertical frames supporting the shelves and highlighting specific zones within the store. Blurring the boundary between display, object and furniture, materials overlap and contrast. A frame unfolds to become cabinet, island display morphs into a seat. The dispensing desk, wrapped in steel appearing to float above the stone flooring. Raw vs refined.

Lighting is purposefully subdued to create intimacy with product display providing illumination to the space. To the rear of the store the ceiling angles downwards to define waiting area and consult rooms.
